This is a beginner-friendly sequence inspired by the Temple of Luxor wall postures and foundational breathing techniques. Move slowly and focus on your breath. Hold each posture for 5–7 deep breaths, prioritizing breath rhythm over the depth of the stretch.

    Stand tall with feet grounded, palms pressed together at your chest or raised in offering.
